Speculative Fitout

The new speculative fitout for Ashe Morgan was designed in collaboration with RAW Commercial Projects, with the aim of creating a workplace that balances broad tenant appeal with warmth, character and functionality. The design brings together three distinct yet interconnected zones, establishing a natural flow from welcoming, client-facing spaces to focused work areas and a collaborative breakout hub. The result is a considered, contemporary workplace that feels both versatile and inviting, offering future tenants a flexible foundation to make their own. This tenancy was the larger tenancy of the two speculative fitouts created for this level.
